Rodney has been with Canon Business Solutions for 10 years in various capacities of production sales management.  He is currently in charge of sales of production equipment to “Print for Pay,” which just started at the beginning of the year.  He has lived in Northern Kentucky for most of his life, with a brief departure when he served in the Air Force and had tours in Japan, Utah and UAE while serving in Desert Shield.  He has 3 children: a 19 year old daughter attending NKU as a Junior, a 5 year old daughter and a 4 year old son, both attending Cornerstone. Rodney’s hobbies include boating, fishing, traveling and landscaping.

Barry is the proud father of five grown children and enjoys his eleven grandchildren immensely. He is a Dayton Community leader, where he serves on the Board of Architectural Review and the Main Street Committee. Barry is also an artist and a co-founder of Bellevue’s Art in the Park. Additionally, he has served on the River Cities Photo Contest Committee, the Faces of Dayton Poster Project, and as a volunteer at Greensleeves Organic Farm, a CSA farm in Alexandria, KY.

Mandy and her husband, Ryan, live in Burlington, KY with their two children, Lily and Jack. They have been a proud Cornerstone family since 2011. Mandy is quite passionate about caring for women during pregnancy, child-birth, and beyond! When she is not “catching” babies or keeping up with her energetic children, she enjoys crocheting or curling up with a good book.

Dawn is a Northern Kentucky native and resides on a farm in California, KY with her five children and her husband of 19 years, Kevin. In her spare time, Dawn enjoys her family, helping out on the farm and riding her two horses, Annabelle and Kia.

Michelle is the proud mother of two and has been a member of the Cornerstone community since 2005. Her corporate experience in sales, marketing and management serve her well in her endeavors as a small business owner and as the Office / Business Manager at CMS. Michelle is also a visual artist, and enjoys participating in occasional shows around town. She loves teaching art to the 4th – 8th grade students at CMS.

Mary Schadler, President / Educational Director

Cornerstone Montessori

Mary is the proud mother of four and grandmother of two. She began teaching in 1983 and founded CMS in 1992. For over 30 years, Mary has worked diligently to provide a high quality education to each of her students. She received her MA in Montessori Education from Xavier University and is a certified Montessori teacher with her credentials in Pre-Primary and Elementary 1. She is also certified in the State of Ohio to teach K-8th grade.

In her spare time, Mary enjoys paddling with her Dragon Boat team, the Kentucky Thorough-Breasts. The team paddles to raise breast cancer awareness and donates all of the funds they raise to St. Elizabeth’s Women’s Wellness Center, where it is used locally to support women in need of support.
