The following is a recap of our enrollment process. More detailed information is available on our Admissions page.

A.) Schedule a Tour

Generally, tours and child visits are scheduled on Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 9:30-10:30AM. The initial visit is a parent only tour and observation, during which you will be given the opportunity to observe our classroom(s) and to speak with one of our lead teachers about the benefits of a Montessori education. To schedule a tour, you may call us at 859.491.9960 or complete this on-line request.

B.) Submit Your Child’s Application

After your initial visit, you are welcome to submit an application, the $50 application fee and to schedule your child’s visit.

C.) Schedule Your Child’s Visit

As with tours, child visits are generally scheduled on Wednesday and Thursday mornings at 9:30AM. The purpose of this visit is to observe your child in our classroom environment. Our teachers will work one-on-one with your child to assess their readiness for our program.

D.) Enrollment Packet & Tuition Contract

Upon acceptance into Cornerstone Montessori, you will receive your Enrollment Packet, Student Handbook and Tuition Contract. Enrollment fees are due at the time of contract signing. As we utilize an on-line tuition management company, at this time, you will also receive an email with instructions on how to set up your tuition management account.
